On May 3rd, 2005, 961 people voted in favor of the emergency levy, while 722 people voted against the levy. Thank you to all who voted. And thank you to all the people who contributed in some way toward the passing of this levy!

Student Rally was held!

On Monday, May 2 from 1:30-2:30 p.m., the Jr. High & High School students of North Central braved the weather and hosted a rally in support of the May 3 election. The marching band, other student organizations, students, and others who wanted to join, paraded from the school to the Pizza Barn parking lot, where the rally took place. The band performed and students made statements over the loudspeakers. B.B. Aero Works Ltd., from Toledo Metcalf flew over the area pulling a banner that read “Vote Yes For N.C. Schools - May 3”. This special flyover was paid for by local community members. There was media coverage present, so hopefully, a summary of the event will be shown on 13 Action News at 6pm. For those that showed up for the rally, we thank you for showing your support for North Central School!
